After finishing a PhD in organic polymer chemistry she started at Philips Research as senior scientist on materials and applications of organic LEDs. After 10 years at Philips she started in 2008 at Holst Centre on conformable printed electronics combining different functionalities. The application fields of sports, medical and automotive all benefit from new form factors and cost effectiveness of printed electronics. Currently the automotive industry with advanced Human Machine Interaction (HMI) is her main field of interest.
